I had an increase in November of course, then drop in December
put some in private/draft mode then combine some?
one of my goals is to have over 100,000 students next year, even though many might be free because I have a free course

Yes there are some courses from 2012 that are short that are still “editor’s picks” in some categories
Which is why planning a launch ahead is important. Build your own anticipation and then YOUR people will bring the conversion past the 40% mark etc. and Udemy will pick it up. Boom bam done.

yup, I need to add tutorials on my YouTube channel more regularly, to get more subscribers, YouTube rep told me that in consulting call
